Real Estate

Full-service real estate representation for buyers and sellers across Southern Oregon. I bring competence, integrity, and clarity to every step of the process — whether you’re relocating from out of state, securing investment opportunities, navigating a senior transition, or searching for a forever home with space to roam.

Residential Real Estate

I specialize in the kinds of transactions that require more than a standard checklist — high-acreage rural properties, off-grid and unconventional land deals, relocations from out of state, and properties with layered complexity. My background in environmental education and solar gives me a genuine advantage when evaluating land, energy systems, water rights, and long-term property value in ways most agents simply can’t.

What I Do Well

  • High-acreage and rural properties — spring-fed systems, outbuildings, land stewardship considerations
  • Relocations from urban and coastal markets into Southern Oregon
  • Investment properties and multi-use land
  • Properties with solar, off-grid systems, or green building features
  • Clients who want a trusted advisor, not a transaction processor

From skilled negotiations and strategic marketing to sharp pricing analysis and seamless transaction management — I do it all, and I do it well. I make it my personal mission to find every opportunity to save you time, money, and stress: from the moment we meet, through every step of the process, and beyond into your long-term interest.

Senior Real Estate Transitions

I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation — specialized training in the financial, legal, and logistical realities that distinguish senior real estate from standard transactions. This matters because real estate decisions later in life are rarely just real estate decisions. They involve health, finances, family dynamics, legal authority, and timing — often all at once.

I work with:

  • Seniors considering downsizing or rightsizing — on their own timeline, not in response to a crisis
  • Families navigating a transition for an aging parent, often from a distance
  • Estates and trusts where legal authority and family dynamics require careful coordination
  • Clients weighing whether to sell, modify, or stay — and needing honest guidance on all three

I collaborate with attorneys, fiduciaries, care providers, lenders, and land professionals — aligning all parties toward one outcome: a transition that preserves dignity, clarity, and capital. Sometimes the right answer is to stay put, modify a home rather than leave it, or simply wait until the timing is right. I’ll tell you that honestly.

I’ve put together a comprehensive Senior Real Estate Roadmap covering your options, finances, legal picture, home considerations, and local resources in Grants Pass and Josephine County. Request your free copy →

Commercial Real Estate — Grants Pass

I’m not building a listings service — LoopNet already exists. What Grants Pass actually needs is someone who can serve as a commercial systems integrator: translating NNN and tenant improvement realities, curating actually usable spaces (not just listed spaces), mapping landlord flexibility, and connecting operators to realistic options with a clear path from entrepreneur to occupied storefront.

I work with:

  • Small business owners looking for the right downtown space — including spaces not publicly listed
  • Landlords who want to fill vacancies with the right tenants
  • Entrepreneurs who need help understanding the true cost of a commercial lease before signing
  • Investors looking at mixed-use and commercial opportunities in the Rogue Valley

Downtown Grants Pass has a coordination problem, not a vacancy problem. I’m working to solve it — one well-matched deal at a time.
