I’m Jamie Brooke Eldrett — serial entrepreneur, licensed Oregon Realtor (SRES), and independent solar consultant. I’m based in the Rogue Valley and I work at the intersection of real estate, energy, and human systems.
I’ve spent almost two decades helping people make better decisions about their homes, their energy, and their futures — first in solar, now in real estate, and increasingly at the intersection of both. My work is rooted in joy, transparency, and respect. Real estate is personal. So is solar. I treat it that way.
What I Believe
I believe autonomy is earned through understanding. That people make their best decisions when they are informed, not managed. That transparency is not a threat to professionalism — it is its foundation.
I don’t simplify reality — I translate it. The goal isn’t to escape complex systems, but to understand them well enough to operate with confidence, clarity, and control. I make it my personal mission to find every opportunity to save clients time, money, and stress — from the moment we meet, through every step of the process, and long beyond. Serving your needs and shepherding you through is my most important priority.
In my personal and professional life, I greet each day with joy and integrity. That’s not a brand statement — it’s just how I try to live.

Career History
National Wildlife Federation (2003–2005)
Educator in the environmental education department. Taught youth about ecology, sustainability, and the concept of habitat — food, water, shelter, and energy. This framework became the philosophical foundation applied across everything that followed.
San Joaquin Outdoor School (2005–2007)
Site Director and Naturalist, teaching ecological literacy to 5th–6th graders in the Redwood Forest. Reinforced the conviction that everything is connected.
Solar Living Institute (2007–2009)
Workshop Manager for adult education in sustainable technology — solar, biofuel, water systems, food preservation. Managed instructors, curriculum, and an annual sustainability festival. Also where I met my husband — I hired him as a solar instructor.
Sungevity (2009–2011)
Early-stage solar startup. Among the first people to remotely design and sell solar systems nationwide — revolutionary at the time. My husband helped create the first distributed nationwide solar installer network.
SolarCity (2011–2017)
Senior Energy Consultant. Participated in nationwide virtual solar sales across all U.S. regions. Played a lead role in transforming the Oregon office from failing to top-performing. Megawatt Club award winner. Received a special national award for client dedication. Ensured 20+ families received key incentives before expiration through persistence and leadership.
Tesla (2017–2019)
Senior Energy Consultant, post-SolarCity acquisition. Left after observing a breakdown in client care and strategic neglect of the solar division. Clients continued to call me for support and questions years after I left.
Keller Williams / Ark Realty Group (2021–2025)
Licensed Oregon Realtor. Specialized in helping clients move to Oregon from out of state, working with local builders, and high-acreage rural properties. Became a trusted interpreter between the real estate and solar worlds — an intersection almost no one else occupied.
Frontier Properties + Powur (2025–Present)
Founded Frontier Properties — a solo venture based in Oregon’s Rogue Valley. Full-service real estate representation (residential, senior transitions, commercial) and independent solar consulting through Powur. I do it all, and I do it well.
